Experience and Key Assignments:

Acts as legal advisor to various foreign banks and international companies in relation to yacht finance and registration, including related matters such as fiscal advice, management, chartering, and insurance.

Is appointed on the Executive Committee of the Malta Maritime Law Association and actively particularly in the sub-committees related to Yachting and the Disclosure of Financial Statements and Taxation of Entities.

Advices a leading Maltese Bank in relation to financing operations of the Bank. Acts as legal advisor to international companies in the financial services industry on matters relating to the setting up of funds, providing advice in relation to corporate, fiscal and licensing matters.

Advices a number of international companies in the film services industry, in relation to various matters including film finance, tax planning, film production and distribution.

Acted for various Maltese and international companies and consortia in transactions relating to renewable energy sources and environmental issues, and is appointed by the Government of Malta as Secretary on the IPPC Committee.

Authored and co-authored various articles and papers on the Yachting Industry and Sports and Entertainment law. Acts as legal advisor for various sports persons and international companies in relation to sports contracts, including employment and sponsorship contracts.
