New Aviation Register - Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and Communication announces the Government’s plans to establish Malta as a hub for aviation.During a recent official visit at the premises of a local aviation company, Dr Austin Gatt, the Minister responsible for Infrastructure, Transport, and Communication announced that the Government is considering aviation as an important industry for the future of the Maltese economy and confirmed that the Government is planning the introduction of new laws and regulations aimed at making Malta an attractive jurisdiction for aircraft registration and operation.
